What you will do

• Lead, hire, coach, and grow a team of insight analysts ensuring analytical rigor and stakeholder impact.
• Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements partnering with cross-functional leaders.
• Deliver diagnostic and predictive analyses including cohorting, segmentation, regression, and forecasting.
• Identify proactive opportunities for business value through data mining and pattern recognition.
• Communicate complex insights into executive-ready narratives and collaborate for implementation.
• Foster analytics community and champion analytics literacy and training across the organization.

Requirements

• Remote work from Brazil, Spain, Argentina, or Montevideo (Uruguay).
• 6–10+ years in analytics or data science with 3-5+ years leading teams in product, commercial, or operations analytics.
• Expertise in SQL (cloud platforms), Python or R, BI/visualization tools, and orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Experience with experimentation, statistics, test design, and causal inference basics.
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect analysis to P&L impact and influence decisions.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity with a bias to action and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in payments/fintech, marketplace, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with product analytics, growth, risk, or pricing analytics.
