Enterprise Post-Production Quality Control Specialist - Contractor (Photo/Video)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; must be able to work in MT or CT time zones. Contract period: September–October.

Starting compensation: $40/hour.

What you will do

• Review enterprise photo, video, and graphic assets against client briefs, brand guidelines, technical specifications, reference files, and platform requirements.
• Serve as the final quality-control checkpoint and escalate risks that may affect client delivery or deadlines.
• Interpret client feedback, verify that revisions fully address requests, and provide editors with clear, actionable guidance.
• Build account-specific QC checklists, SOPs, and reference materials while tracking recurring errors and quality trends.
• Partner with producers and account teams to clarify specifications and quality expectations, and support editor coaching and team training.
• Conduct R&D on editing techniques and production workflows, answer technical photo and video questions, complete editing or QC overflow, and audit editor hours and deliverables for profitability and payout accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-production editing experience for enterprise clients.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom, Premiere, and Photoshop, with the ability to perform editing and QC tasks.
• Experience managing multiple accounts or projects in a high-volume creative environment.
• Experience building and maintaining SOPs and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to relay information between clients, producers, and editors.
• Advanced organizational skills and a detail-first mindset; ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
