What you will do

• Develop and improve photo and video post-production guidelines to maintain quality and brand consistency.
• Coordinate external retouchers, video editors, colorists, and AI-content contractors.
• Create clear technical briefs for photo, video, and graphic post-production tasks.
• Manage workflows from receiving raw materials through final approval and delivery.
• Build and manage AI-generation workflows, including tool selection, testing, integration, and content processing.
• Contribute to technical and creative decisions that improve post-production efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience managing and producing photo and video post-production processes.
• Experience building and operating AI-generation pipelines for photo, video, or graphic content.
• Experience selecting, testing, integrating, and using AI tools for content generation, auto-editing, upscaling, and short-form adaptation.
• Experience sourcing and coordinating contractors for AI-related tasks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, attention to detail, prioritization, analytical, and time-management skills.
• English: Intermediate level or above required.

Nice to have

• Interest in the health and fitness industry and an active lifestyle.
• Basic skills in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Interest in trends and new AI-generated content tools.
