Sr Talent Acquisition Partner (Tokyo)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Technology, and Leadership roles in Japan.
• Advise hiring managers and senior business leaders on recruitment strategies, role requirements, and success criteria.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Assess candidates and deliver a strong candidate experience, including executive and confidential searches.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring risks.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes in collaboration with HR and global Talent Acquisition teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search.
• Experience recruiting Sales, Technology, and/or Leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting in Japan.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with experience using ATS and modern recruiting tools.
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills required.
