Junior Software Developer

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; hybrid workplace. The role includes the option to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

Salary: €65,000–€75,000 annually, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build and improve an application development platform.
• Develop software using visual modeling and low-code principles.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and quality.
• Break down challenges and construct solutions through short feedback cycles.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, analysts, and other team members.
• Contribute to software that improves application development productivity and innovation.

Requirements

• Recent graduation in Software Engineering or a similar program.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C# or TypeScript.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tooling.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to take ownership and contribute effectively in a team environment.
