Senior QA Engineer (Automation)

What you will do

• Test complex integrated web applications across UI and API layers.
• Develop and refine test plans and manage test cases.
• Write and maintain automated tests, primarily with Cypress.
• Identify manual testing processes that can be automated for better reliability and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with developers in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of senior-level manual QA experience.
• Hands-on experience writing or maintaining automated UI or API tests.
• Comfort with programming concepts and logical problem-solving.
• Understanding of HTTP, HTML, AJAX, JSON, REST APIs, and client-server architecture.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong written and spoken English is required; interviews are conducted in English.
• Ability to communicate freely in Russian or Ukrainian is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Understanding of CI/CD systems and Agile methodology.
• Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and Qmetry.
• Basic Linux command-line knowledge and Git skills.
