Senior QA Engineer

Location: Remote; listed region Serbia and address in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Analyze business and system requirements and identify potential issues.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, bug reports, and testing reports in Qase.
• Perform functional and integration testing of PHP and Node.js backend services, REST APIs, and UI applications.
• Participate in load testing with Grafana K6 and analyze performance and system resilience.
• Investigate errors and logs in Grafana, work with databases and RabbitMQ message queues, and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, DevOps engineers, and the product team while improving QA processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer.
• Understanding of testing high-load systems.
• Experience creating test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
• Experience working in Agile teams and understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Ability to analyze system and API request logs and identify root causes.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, and SQL queries.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Linux, Grafana, and load testing.
• Experience testing mobile operator integrations via SMPP.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Playwright.
