Associate I, Master Data Management (HR Master Data)

What you will do

• Resolve day-to-day HR service tickets through Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring timely updates and accurate systems.
• Serve as the first point of contact for associates and managers regarding HR-related questions, escalating issues when needed.
• Process employee lifecycle activities, including employment verifications, personnel file administration, new hires, onboarding, referrals, and employee data changes.
• E-file associate records in the BOX repository while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Create and maintain clear SOPs, policies, and process guidelines.
• Handle client requests with polite, detailed responses and collaborate effectively across teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Shared Services is preferred.
• Experience or willingness to support HR processes for Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Ability to work with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Strong attention to detail when managing employee data and HR records.
• Ability to follow global and local processes, compliance guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
