Washington Teacher

Location: Remote within pre-approved U.S. locations; Washington teaching certification required. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. Core availability is 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. MT, with a regular schedule of 25–27 hours per week.

Salary: $25 per hour starting rate.

What you will do

• Support an assigned group of students through ongoing mentorship, accountability, and individualized learning guidance.
• Review and grade student learning logs and provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and monitor student participation and progress.
• Work synchronously with students in one-to-one, small-group, or large-group settings, including tutoring and instruction.
• Communicate with parents, attend IEP meetings as needed, and coordinate intervention for at-risk students.
• Collaborate with teachers and contribute to additional grading and instructional assignments based on program needs.

Requirements

• Current Washington teaching certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and an understanding of individualized learning.
• Kind, organized, patient, and dependable approach to student and family communication.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and the ability to learn online tools and systems.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a regular 25–27-hour weekly schedule.
• U.S. work eligibility and residence in a pre-approved location are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-traditional educational programs.
• Residency in the preferred state.
