Software Development Engineer III - Salesforce

Location: Hyderabad, India (SEZ); full-time onsite role.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable, reusable, and future-proof full-stack system solutions.
• Develop Salesforce front-end and back-end customizations using Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build agentic automation solutions with AgentForce or equivalent frameworks and apply AI-assisted tools such as Copilot or Codex.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using secure authentication patterns such as OAuth, API Gateway, and IAM roles.
• Build, deploy, monitor, and maintain AWS services and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with architects, product stakeholders, and reliability engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to improve performance, security, and operational reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience at scale, with strong Salesforce and agentic-framework experience.
• Advanced Salesforce skills, including AgentForce, Data Cloud, Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience building solutions with agentic platforms for process automation and scalability.
• Solid understanding of AWS services, deployment, authentication, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in web development and cross-platform frameworks including React, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, and Python.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and CosmosDB.
• Competence in AI-assisted workflows for development cycles and automation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, Agile methodology, teamwork, innovation, and customer-centric skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
