Project Manager (AI/ML)

Location: Remote in South Korea

Snowflake provides cloud data platforms and is developing AI-native solutions for the agentic enterprise.

What you will do

• Own delivery governance for complex fixed-fee technical implementations, including AI/ML and Lakehouse projects.
• Define project methods and procedures, coordinate personnel, and manage strategic outcomes for major enterprise accounts.
• Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures and assign effort and resources to specific tasks.
• Apply Critical Path Methodology and Earned Value Management to forecast and mitigate schedule and cost variances.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders, present lessons learned, and improve future pre-sales and scoping activities.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support service scoping during pre-sales.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of related experience in technical project management.
• Typically 2–5 years of field experience in services delivery or technical implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Advanced Smartsheet and project modeling skills, including the ability to query Snowflake metadata for consumption reporting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Earned Value Management and Critical Path Methodology.
• Professional working proficiency in English and SnowPro Core certification required.

Nice to have

• Experience in data engineering.
• PMP certification.
