Head of AWS Gaming Partnerships

Supabase is a Postgres development platform providing a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, and Edge Functions, designed for developers.

What you will do

• Own the AWS gaming segment strategy and roadmap end-to-end.
• Manage technical and commercial relationships with AWS gaming teams and gaming-focused system integrators.
• Drive co-sell motions and build pipeline through AWS ACE.
• Identify and close gaps in the gaming-specific product story, including SDK support and multiplayer patterns.
• Partner with product marketing to create gaming-specific content and launch narratives.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally with a hyperscaler.
• Experience working within the gaming industry (studios, publishers, or ISVs/SIs).
• Strong program management instincts with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to operate with technical ambiguity and understand integration patterns.
• Proven ability to execute co-marketing and co-sell initiatives.
