Photo Editing Associate (AI)

Location: 100% onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila, Philippines; shifting schedule required

Salary: PHP 30,000/month on-target earnings, including performance pay

What you will do

• Edit photos from photography shoots conducted worldwide.
• Use Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to enhance images and produce vibrant customer galleries.
• Apply AI tools and automation to improve editing workflows.
• Perform advanced edits, including object removal through traditional or AI-assisted methods.
• Support photographers and market expansion by delivering consistent, high-quality image galleries.
• Take ownership of priorities and complete high-volume editing work efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Professional photography and photo editing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to edit thousands of photos efficiently while maintaining a high quality standard.
• Ability to balance attention to detail with fast execution and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Ortigas on a shifting schedule.

• Experience with AI image and video generation tools.
• Experience testing and adopting new creative tools and workflows.
