TL;DR
Creative Lead (Graphic Design & Marketing) (Graphic Design and Multimedia): Owning end-to-end creative delivery for a client account across video, social content, decks, collateral, and infographics with an accent on brand consistency, platform-ready polish, and hands-on production. Focus on setting the creative quality bar, mentoring junior Creators, and identifying scope or timeline risks before they affect the client.
Location: Remote within the Philippines; permanent work-from-home setup. Shift: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time, aligned with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST for the client.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end creative delivery for an assigned client account while remaining hands-on in video and design production.
- Set the creative quality bar for brand consistency and platform-ready output across Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create social content, presentation decks, collateral, and infographics.
- Mentor junior Creators as a senior peer and help elevate their work.
- Identify scope and timeline risks before they become client issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, and Canva.
- Senior-level experience in graphic design, video editing, multimedia production, and/or creative direction.
- Portfolio demonstrating range across video and design.
- Evidence of mentoring, directing, or elevating other creatives' work.
- Ability to own an account's creative output with minimal oversight.
