Manager - Commercial Data Management, Life Sciences

Location: Hybrid in Princeton, New Jersey, Boston, or Evanston; must be legally authorized to work in the United States

What you will do

• Lead and manage commercial data management projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
• Design, develop, configure, and improve data management processes and platforms.
• Define project scope, investigate issues, develop hypotheses, synthesize findings, and communicate recommendations.
• Manage client communications, meetings, timelines, deliverables, risks, finances, statements of work, and invoices.
• Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams while supporting data processing and reporting through coding.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to recruiting, training, employee engagement, and client relationship growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience implementing or supporting HCP, HCO, payer MDM, or centralized data management solutions in the U.S. pharmaceutical market.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Required coding skills in Python, R, or SAS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, people management, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.

Nice to have

• Master data management experience in oncology.
• Commercial data warehouse experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical market.
