Manager IT - Data Governance

What you will do

• Lead operational data governance across 18 data domains and manage Data Owners and Stewards.
• Establish enterprise standards for Certified Data Products and manage the Data Marketplace.
• Facilitate the Shared Enterprise Data Governance Council and resolve cross-domain definition conflicts.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance activities, projects, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Assess strategic and technical changes, risks, costs, benefits, and impacts, then implement recommended solutions.
• Lead team development, performance management, budgeting, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of leadership or mentoring experience and 5 years of experience developing and growing capabilities in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience developing, communicating, and presenting concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience with data governance, the data product lifecycle, budget administration, process improvement, strategic planning, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Position is remote but requires work at home in Pennsylvania, United States.
