Focus on translating complex production issues into actionable engineering work, managing incident resolution, and improving CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and reliability practices.

What you will do
- Own technical escalations related to DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and environment operations.
- Work with customer technical teams to review logs, validate configurations, investigate incidents, and diagnose root causes.
- Translate complex customer issues into actionable problem statements for DevOps, SRE, and software engineering teams.
- Maintain expertise in multi-cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment models.
- Provide timely incident updates and act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process, tooling, architectural, and reliability improvements with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, deployment, cloud, or infrastructure operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in customer-facing, high-severity escalation, or technical advisor roles.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Kubernetes, and container environments.
- Strong experience managing CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and infrastructure monitoring and logging tools.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required for daily collaboration with global teams and customers.
