TL;DR
Security - IAM Engineer (IAM): Managing and optimizing identity and access management environments in hybrid enterprise systems with an accent on identity governance, privileged access management, and authentication security. Focus on administering Entra ID and Active Directory, automating operations with PowerShell, supporting PAM platforms, and maintaining compliance across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

What you will do
- Administer and support IAM platforms including Pathlock, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Manage identity lifecycle operations, provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes, access governance, and user access certifications.
- Strengthen authentication and authorization security through MFA, governance controls, monitoring, and compliance activities.
- Develop PowerShell automation for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and on-premises Active Directory administration.
- Configure and support Intune MDM enrollment and device compliance activities.
- Perform PAM operations in CyberArk, Delinea, and related platforms, including secret onboarding, lockout investigations, and password rotation validation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as MIM/FIM, Pathlock, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
- Strong experience with an IGA tool, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, Enterprise Applications, Active Directory, Intune MDM, PowerShell, SSO, and SQL queries.
- Mandatory experience with Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, and authorization processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, interdependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations to different management levels.
- International or global experience.
