Internal Audit Manager

Location: Woodlands, Singapore, W3. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Lead operational, financial, compliance, assurance, and advisory audit projects.
• Apply COSO principles to identify risks and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Plan, assign, supervise, teach, train, and coach audit staff.
• Review audit evidence, prepare clear reports, communicate findings, and recommend practical process improvements.
• Support audit planning, risk assessments, audit-universe development, and identification of best practices.
• Test key SOX controls, support remediation of deficiencies, and use AI to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal audit or public accounting.
• 3+ years of experience managing staff or teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional certification in audit and/or accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AI and Microsoft Office applications; audit software experience is beneficial.
