Experienced UA Manager (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Europe; fully remote. Working hours must overlap 10:00–18:00 CET.

Salary: €50,000–€55,000 gross annually, adjusted to the local market and reviewed after 12 months.

What you will do

• Own user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, and emerging networks.
• Manage acquisition budgets and P&L, including spend, CPI, D120 ROAS, margin, LTV, and payback.
• Develop creative strategies with the creative team, including hypothesis design, AI generation tooling, and post-mortems.
• Connect user acquisition, monetization, and retention with Data and Product.
• Build production UA automation for budget and ROAS monitoring, rule-based optimization, API integrations, and alerting.
• Adapt acquisition and measurement strategies to SKAN, privacy changes, and new channels.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of mobile gaming user acquisition experience, including significant hyper-casual or hybrid-casual experience.
• Verifiable results with named titles, before-and-after metrics, and a clear explanation of contributions.
• Fluency with Adjust or AppsFlyer, post-ATT measurement, and SKAN limitations.
• Analytical autonomy with Looker or an equivalent tool, including building LTV views independently.
• Demonstrated experience building and running automation in production.
• Availability for working-hours overlap from 10:00 to 18:00 CET and residence in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a portfolio of 20+ live titles.
• Prior remote-first experience.
• Skills in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in system building and automation.
