Senior Security Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical security incident response, including containment, eradication, and post-incident remediation.
• Build and scale threat-mapped detections as code, optimizing for signal quality.
• Own logging, telemetry, detection, and investigation pipelines across environments.
• Automate security operations workflows such as triage, enrichment, containment, and case management.
• Expand EDR, DLP, and AI-assisted SOC capabilities through integrations, detection logic, and policy automation.
• Own exposure management by correlating infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, vulnerability, posture, and data-loss findings into a prioritized remediation backlog.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience engineering detection, response, and exposure management systems.
• Hands-on experience leading technical incident investigations through containment and eradication.
• Experience with detection engineering, security data pipelines, detections as code, and SIEM or large-scale logging systems.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, or another language, plus infrastructure as code and CI/CD experience.
• Technical depth across cloud, host, and network security, with strong written communication and independent prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Incident command experience and risk prioritization frameworks such as EPSS or attack-path analysis.
• Policy as code, compliance automation, or experience with FedRAMP, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
• Enterprise AI security controls experience.
