Software Developer (Agentic AI)

Location: 100% remote; current work authorization for Canada is required. Toronto office listed.

Salary: CAD 101,000–118,000 annually, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Implement and integrate approved Agentic AI solutions with enterprise applications, systems, services, and data sources.
• Build and maintain Python automation scripts and integration components for Agentic AI workflows.
• Support retrieval workflows and data integration involving Snowflake, Informatica Cloud, structured data, and enterprise documents.
• Deploy Agentic AI workloads through existing CI/CD pipelines, containers, AWS, and Snowflake deployment patterns.
• Maintain logging, metrics, dashboards, alerts, monitoring, documentation, and production-support runbooks.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Security, Architecture, Cloud, and Operations teams on integrations and production readiness.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, DevOps, or a related technical role.
• Good Python development skills and experience with scripts, automation solutions, or integration components.
• Basic knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, including prompting, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, tool calling, and structured outputs.
• Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Docker or Podman, SQL, AWS, data integration, and production-support practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with REST services, backend systems, enterprise applications, Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, or other managed AI/ML platforms.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks, MCP, observability and evaluation tools, production tracing, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Snowflake AI and data capabilities or Informatica Cloud integration workflows.
