What you will do
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
- Define product goals, KPIs, adoption metrics, and measurable outcomes.
- Prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
- Turn ambiguous problems into focused, executable releases.
- Use customer feedback and product data to improve the product.
- Partner with engineering, data, business, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
- Experience owning a live software product.
- Strong product judgment, problem-solving, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using KPIs, usage data, and customer insights.
- Comfort working in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Engineering or strong technical background.
- Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, agents, data infrastructure, or analytics.
- Experience taking products from 0 to 1 and iterating based on real-world usage.
