🚀 Go developer for Fintech Project (Remote)
Salary: 23$/h gross
We are not considering locations in the Russian Federation.
Velmie is looking for an experienced Go developer to work on a financial technology project. Part-time engagement (project-based).

Basic requirements:
-Deep expertise in Go;
-Understanding of the standard library;
-Experience working with concurrency concepts and techniques;
-Knowledge of Git;
-Experience working with Linux;
-Experience working with relational databases(MySQL or others);
-To understand how computer networks work;
-Understanding of Docker, docker-compose;
-Experience using AI coding agents (e.g. Codex, Claude Code);
-English language proficiency enough to read technical documentation;
-Ability to learn and get new knowledge fast;
-Ability to work in a team.
Preferred requirements:
-Experience working with NoSql;
-Experience creating RESTful API;
-Experience with AWS;
-Experience building microservices;
-Experience with Kubernetes, Helm Charts;
-Expertise in CI/CD configuration (bitbucket pipelines, GitHub actions, Gitlab CI/CD).
Responsibilities:
-Actively participate in designing and building scalable systems;
-Develop quality code, with emphasis on reliability, security, readability and maintainability;
-Optimize existing technical solutions;
-Discuss ideas and work with the team to find the best solutions.
