KYB Analyst

What you will do

• Conduct KYB due diligence checks on prospective and existing vendors and assess risks based on submitted documentation.
• Complete due diligence reviews within 1–2 business days after receiving complete documentation.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to obtain outstanding information and resolve documentation requests.
• Create and maintain accurate vendor records, criticality classifications, supporting rationale, and lifecycle statuses in the Vendor Master.
• Identify and rectify Vendor Master inconsistencies during monthly compliance reviews.
• Track vendor agreement expiry dates and coordinate renewal, renegotiation, or termination processes with Managers, Compliance, and Legal.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in KYB, KYC, AML, or third-party/vendor due diligence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders through calls, email, and chat.
• Knowledge of MS Office and comfort maintaining structured trackers and records.
• Ability to manage and complete assigned tasks with minimal direction.
• Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade relevant skills.
