Tech Lead Go Developer (Logistics)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work options are available.

Salary: EUR 2,900–4,550 gross per month. An additional bonus of up to EUR 1,000 per month may be included in the annual bonus depending on expertise.

What you will do

• Own team delivery and execution, including planning, cross-team dependency alignment, review processes, and quality.
• Set technical direction, lead design reviews, and ensure consistency across solutions.
• Contribute approximately 30% hands-on to backend development.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager on technical discovery, ideas, and hypotheses before development begins.
• Develop team members through 1:1s, feedback, performance practices, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Go development experience, including 1–2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of Go internals, including concurrency, goroutines, channels, memory management, and garbage collection.
• Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant, high-load backend systems, REST APIs, microservices, and service boundaries.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, event-driven architectures, SQL, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Redis, and distributed caching strategies.
• Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, incident investigation, and post-incident analysis.
• English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or above.
