Head of Advertising Monetization

What you will do

• Develop and enhance the advertising monetization strategy across all business areas in Qazaqstan.
• Consolidate advertising budgets, plans, and revenue forecasts, and monitor their implementation.
• Lead negotiations with advertisers and agencies, from local clients to international brands.
• Establish unified advertising sales standards and processes.
• Coordinate business-area teams to achieve shared advertising revenue goals.
• Analyze the advertising market and recommend monetization growth priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in advertising sales and monetization.
• Deep understanding of the local advertising market and advertiser practices.
• Experience independently conducting negotiations and closing deals.
• Strong knowledge of advertising platforms and tools, including Yandex Direct.
• Experience in an advertising agency or on the advertiser side.
• Native-level Qazaq proficiency required.
