Agent Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the technical win for Decagon's largest strategic opportunities by partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Forward-Deployed Engineers.
• Serve as an executive partner to Fortune 500 leadership teams, defining AI transformation roadmaps and managing relationships from pre-sales through production and expansion.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents based on customer workflows, pain points, and business goals.
• Develop reusable frameworks and playbooks that scale across customer accounts and influence the product roadmap.
• Direct Forward-Deployed Engineers and partner teams while remaining accountable for delivery outcomes.
• Share deployment feedback with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning the trust of senior executives.
• Experience as an engagement manager, project leader, senior consultant, product manager, founder, forward-deployed professional, or solutions professional at a high-growth technology company.
• Strong technical acumen, including the ability to shape AI agent designs and communicate with engineers and executives.
• Builder's mindset with the ability to design and build solutions rather than only diagnose problems or manage execution.
• Executive presence and experience advising senior decision-makers at large, complex organizations.
• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• MBA or equivalent experience combining business strategy and technology.
• Experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or Fortune 500 transformation programs.
