Social Media Coordinator (iGaming)

Location: Lansing, Michigan, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this position without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $59,764–$100,900 per year.

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound customer support across Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining consistent, professional service.
• Collaborate with partners, operations, and marketing teams to align messaging with campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor social media trends and evaluate engagement across platforms.
• Develop social engagement initiatives such as the Social Care Loyalty Program.
• Create reports and dashboards, recommend improvements to response time and engagement rate, and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in social media support or community management.
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple social media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of social media analytics, business intelligence, social listening, and advanced analytics tools.
• Experience building and assessing social engagement programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship; background screening and gaming regulatory approvals are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, betting, fintech, or insurance.
• Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Experience creating detailed reports with Excel, Power BI, or comparable software.
