What you will do

• Develop and execute SMM content plans aligned with global strategy and marketing goals.
• Localize content for specific markets, accounting for local events, celebrations, and cultural nuances.
• Create content ideas, titles, and captions for posts, memes, stories, and reels following the brand tone of voice.
• Prepare detailed briefs for designers in Jira to ensure visual and message alignment.
• Monitor internet trends, memes, and football news to keep the audience engaged.
• Conduct content analytics to track performance and suggest hypotheses for improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in SMM and 2+ years in content creation (copywriting, news, memes).
• Deep understanding of sports and football, including teams, players, and tournaments.
• Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, including composition, typography, and color.
• Fluency in internet culture and the ability to identify trends before they go mainstream.
• Proven self-management skills, including prioritization, focus, and discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, betting, or casino projects.
• Basic skills in Photoshop or Figma.
• Experience with AI tools for content generation.
