Operations Specialist, Autonomy Tech Support (Robotics)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; 100% onsite. Early, late, and weekend shifts are required.

What you will do

• Support the daily operations of the autonomous delivery robot fleet.
• Act as the primary contact for escalated software and hardware issues during autonomy operations and testing.
• Perform initial debugging and troubleshooting, capturing details needed to identify issues.
• Document field symptoms and failure modes, and coordinate mitigation steps with engineering.
• Analyze trends and report anomalies, bugs, and faults to support engineering investigations.
• Create resolution documentation and maintain the knowledge base.

Requirements

• Comfort with the Linux command line, GitHub, Jira, and service software.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex technical problems.
• Prior experience with autonomous vehicles and/or robotics.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Curiosity about how systems work and why they fail.
