SVP Product (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals, customer needs, and commercial priorities.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and domain subject-matter experts.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration.
• Work closely with Engineering, Data, and Design to deliver complex AI-driven products.
• Lead roadmap reviews, gather requirements, and present product direction to enterprise customers and stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and company leadership on onboarding, renewals, expansion, business priorities, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience, including at least 6 years in product leadership.
• Experience owning and shipping complex technical products involving AI, data platforms, or algorithmic systems.
• Hands-on leadership experience with strong people-management, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Confidence working directly with enterprise buyers and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and experience collaborating closely with designers.
• Strong business judgment, communication skills, ownership, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
