Senior Recruiter

Location: Work from anywhere in the world; fully remote with flexible working hours

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for game development, iGaming, and business roles.
• Personally source and close complex, niche, and high-priority vacancies.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to clarify requirements, align candidate profiles, and maintain hiring momentum.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, feedback, and decision-making throughout the hiring process.
• Organize recruitment priorities, workload, and day-to-day activities across the function.
• Oversee ATS administration, vacancy management, reporting, process coordination, and bottleneck resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Recruitment experience in the iGaming or game development industry.
• Strong experience closing niche technical, creative, and business roles.
• Advanced sourcing, search strategy, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience working with Hiring Managers, ATS platforms, recruitment reporting, and day-to-day recruitment operations.
• Strong written and spoken English; based in Europe or experienced in working closely with Eastern European teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or game development outsourcing.
• Experience recruiting across multiple international markets.
