Associate Software QA Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States; 5 days a week on-site required

What you will do

• Develop and execute tests for new and existing gaming products according to functional specifications and project plans.
• Verify compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Create test cases, identify product deficiencies, and support continuous quality improvement.
• Investigate and reproduce field issues and liaise with external testing facilities on reported defects.
• Test vendor hardware and firmware updates and collaborate with Game/OS Development and Product Development teams on releases.
• Prepare periodic project status reports.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of relevant software quality assurance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance methodologies, with strong attention to detail.
• Technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Linux environments, plus proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Solid understanding of serial communication protocols; programming, scripting, test management, and defect management skills are preferred.
