Salary: $130,000 — $160,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy ML and Gen-AI models to improve issue discovery and triage efficiency.
• Leverage AI-powered insights to identify emerging on-road trends, risk scenarios, and edge cases.
• Define and document SOPs and technical policies that integrate AI tools into daily vendor workflows.
• Implement robust quality control processes and perform meta-quality checks on human and AI-generated outputs.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Software Quality Operations to ensure seamless adoption of AI/ML advancements.
• Provide technical requirements to engineering and drive user testing for new tooling features.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations.
• Competency in the machine learning development lifecycle, from data preparation to continuous monitoring.
• Experience with ML testing and validation, including bias detection and performance evaluation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL querying skills.
• Competency in LLM, transformer models, or ML for the robotics domain.
• Experience working with offshore teams or multiple local operations hubs.
