— top-tier global CEX serving 50M+ users across spot, futures, and wealth management.
✦ Key Responsibilities:
— Support institutional clients on API integration, config, and troubleshooting.
— Investigate REST/WebSocket issues: auth, order placement, connectivity, error codes.
— Translate recurring client issues into structured product improvement proposals.
— Maintain and improve API docs, integration guides, and internal knowledge bases.
— Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA on new API features and launches.
✦ Requirements:
— CS/IT degree or equivalent technical background.
— Solid understanding of REST API, WebSocket, HTTP, and auth mechanisms.
— Strong root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving skills.
— Fluent English; able to communicate technical concepts to mixed audiences.
— Comfortable managing multiple client issues in a fast-paced environment.
✦ Nice to Have:
— Experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, or institutional trading support.
— Familiarity with spot/futures trading, order types, and account structures.
— Background supporting quant teams, market makers, or API traders.
