Senior Quantitative Trader (US Equities)

What you will do

• Develop and evaluate systematic trading opportunities in US equities.
• Identify new sources of alpha across US equity markets.
• Collaborate with research and technology teams to deploy trading strategies.
• Improve execution quality and portfolio construction.
• Contribute to the design of trading infrastructure and analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience trading US equities.
• Experience running or contributing to profitable systematic strategies.
• Strong understanding of alpha generation, risk management, and portfolio construction.
• Experience with intraday and/or medium-frequency strategies.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical arbitrage, factor models, ETF arbitrage, event-driven trading, market making, execution alpha, or short-term prediction models.
