IT Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own Google Workspace as the corporate identity layer, including organizational units, groups, SAML/OIDC integrations, Context-Aware Access, passkeys, MFA, and admin API automation.
• Manage the all-Mac fleet through MDM, including zero-touch enrollment, configuration profiles, patching, OS updates, software deployment, and compliance reporting.
• Own onboarding and offboarding, access provisioning and revocation, hardware procurement, shipping, and returns.
• Run day-to-day IT support, define response SLAs and service metrics, and manage the external IT provider.
• Manage the SaaS estate, licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, access reviews, and spend optimization.
• Build AI-native automation across Workspace, Slack, MDM, and HR systems, while partnering with Infra & Security on endpoint security, ZTNA, secrets management, incident response, audit evidence, office connectivity, and network infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration at a cloud-native company.
• Deep hands-on Google Workspace administration, including OUs, SAML integrations, Context-Aware Access, admin APIs, and domain-wide delegation hygiene.
• Strong macOS administration at scale using a modern MDM such as Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle, including scripting and configuration profiles.
• Practical automation experience with Python, Bash, Go, vendor APIs, low-code tools, or agentic workflow platforms.
• Solid IAM fundamentals, including SAML/OIDC, SCIM, FIDO2/passkeys, least privilege, and joiner-mover-leaver processes.
• Hebrew and English are required; the role is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Ability to work independently as the sole owner of the IT function is expected.

Nice to have

• IT experience in a security or regulated company, including SOC 2 or ISO 27001 evidence collection.
• Experience with ZTNA tools such as Twingate, Tailscale, or Cloudflare and EDR tools such as CrowdStrike or SentinelOne.
• Slack Enterprise Grid administration.
• AWS or GCP exposure and Terraform experience.
