Manager II, Quality Engineer - Supply Chain

Location: Onsite in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States; willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Annual salary: $104,000–$156,000, plus potential performance bonuses, regional pay zone adjustments, and stock.

What you will do

• Lead WPS methods including 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time-and-motion studies to eliminate quality losses and reduce process variation.
• Drive process improvement implementation and deployment across multiple Distribution Centers, ensuring adoption and long-term sustainment.
• Build quality loss profiles, KPI metrics, dashboards, and gap analyses to prioritize initiatives and measure results.
• Develop standard work, process documentation, training materials, and implementation plans.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve implementation barriers and influence stakeholders.
• Train and coach facility leadership teams on new processes, tools, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 3 years of experience in Quality or Process Improvement, or 5 years of experience in Engineering or Process Improvement with Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Demonstrated project ownership that delivered sustainable, long-term savings.
• Experience applying quality and process improvement methods in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Experience with KPI analysis, loss profiling, dashboard development, standard work, training programs, and operational documentation.
• Strong project execution, stakeholder management, change leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
• Experience with large-scale supply chain, Distribution Center, or network-wide implementations.
• Experience building and implementing a Quality Management System, including Statistical Process Control, FMEA, and quality KPIs.
• Experience with Total Performance Management or a related operational improvement program.
