Senior Compiler Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement compilers for next-generation AI accelerator architectures.
• Enable new neural network topologies while maximizing chip performance and energy efficiency.
• Gather compiler requirements with SDK, algorithm, architecture, and hardware teams.
• Provide hardware design feedback based on compiler optimization insights.
• Track neural network compiler technologies and introduce relevant industry practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and C++.
• Knowledge of neural networks and standard model architectures.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with neural network compiler frameworks such as MLIR or TVM.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and practical hardware performance optimization experience.
• Rapid prototyping, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with IREE, ExecuTorch, ONNXRuntime, GCC, LLVM, or similar compiler backend code generation.
• Experience with RISC-V, especially the vector extension.
• Knowledge of digital or analog electrical circuits, spike neural networks, embedded platforms, or runtimes.
• Knowledge of graph algorithms, constraint solvers, or heuristic algorithms.
