Senior/Principal Golang Developer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote; Europe, Albania, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Latin America, Brazil, or Mexico. Flexible work format and location depending on preferences and project needs.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services in Golang.
• Build and optimize distributed systems processing more than 1.5 trillion prediction requests daily.
• Improve scalability, reliability, latency, and cost efficiency across multiple environments.
• Deploy and support services in Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, malware analysts, researchers, and product managers.
• Investigate fraudulent activity and develop fraud prevention approaches for digital advertising systems.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Golang and backend engineering, including 5+ years of commercial software development.
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and system design.
• Proven experience with high-load distributed systems, performance tuning, latency optimization, and memory management.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm Charts, SQL databases, and large-scale data processing.
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or agent-based systems, plus full software development lifecycle experience.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Airflow, Python, Snowflake, AdTech, or C++.
