AP Product Marketing Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop product positioning, pricing, and portfolio strategies for Asia markets.
• Drive go-to-market plans and product launch execution with Sales and Integrated Operations.
• Manage demand forecasting and align market requirements with plant production schedules.
• Analyze market trends, voice of customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product improvements.
• Align regional initiatives with global objectives and ensure compliance with regional certifications and regulations.
• Drive operational excellence and digital initiatives for product segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the cleans or slurry business within semiconductor technology, sales, marketing, operations, or business development.
• Proven experience growing businesses in complex, global organizations.
• Data-driven approach with P&L understanding and proficiency in Excel or BI tools.
• Business-level English required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and complex project management skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as MS, PhD, or MBA.
• Korean or Chinese language skills.
