We invite a Senior 2D Spine Animator to join the Heaven of 7 team.

What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create a full range of animations for slot games: symbols, characters, UI, reels, bonus features, win screens, jackpots, transitions, and gameplay events.
• Create VFX including particles, glows, explosions, trails, energy effects, coins, rewards, and other visual effects.
• Own the animation process from concept to final result: idea, timing, dynamics, staging, VFX, and final polish.
• Develop visual solutions for gameplay mechanics without requiring detailed frame-by-frame instructions.
• Work with Spine: character, object, and UI animation, rig preparation, and animation state setup.
• Work with After Effects and other tools for creating and preparing visual effects.
• Prepare and adjust graphic assets for animation when needed.
• Integrate and set up animations and visual effects in PixiJS.
• Work with Spine in PixiJS, sprite sheets, texture atlases, masks, blend modes, particles, and code-driven effects.
• Optimize animations, textures, and VFX for stable performance across browsers and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers on the technical implementation of complex animations and effects.
• Use AI tools for ideation, visual exploration, asset preparation, and speeding up the production pipeline.
• Independently estimate tasks, plan your workload, and take responsibility for the quality of the final result.
• Review animations directly in the game and proactively improve them when they lack dynamics, readability, visual impact, or overall polish.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong commercial experience specifically in slot games.
• Experience working on web and mobile slot games.
• Experience creating shaders and custom visual effects.
• Experience with Photoshop, Figma, and other graphic tools.
• Drawing skills and the ability to independently create or adjust missing visual assets.
• Experience with character animation.
• Experience with UI animation and motion design.
• Experience building or improving animation and VFX production pipelines within a team.
• Experience using generative AI for asset creation, video, motion, VFX, and production workflow optimization.
