What you will do

• Create high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and game imagery based on storyboards and briefs.
• Develop mock-ups, animatics, test renders, and promotional videos for characters, environments, and symbols.
• Act as the key bridge between the Creative Team and Development Engineers to ensure seamless asset flow.
• Optimize visual assets for HTML5/Online delivery using Webp, Texture Packer, and similar algorithms.
• Apply deep knowledge of slot game animation standards and trends to fine-tune the look of game products.
• Ensure all work follows intellectual property and copyright guidelines while meeting production deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in game animation with a supporting portfolio.
• Proven experience in leading people and projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe After Effects (and plugins), Maxon/Red Giant, and Spine.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CC and a thorough understanding of animation principles.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid).
• English: Must be comfortable working in a bilingual English environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or familiarity with 3D tools.
• Working knowledge of using AI (e.g., Adobe Firefly) within the Casino Gaming industry.
