What you will do
- Create 2D animations, motion graphics, animated content, and game imagery based on game mechanics, storyboards, and creative briefs.
- Animate characters, objects, environments, symbols, logos, promotional videos, animatics, mock-ups, and test renders.
- Collaborate with artists and developers and coordinate the flow of creative assets between teams.
- Develop visual concepts in different styles and contribute to the signature look of online casino games.
- Apply rigging, particle effects, and animation techniques while meeting production deadlines and copyright requirements.
- Optimize assets for HTML5 and online delivery using WebP, TexturePacker, and similar tools or algorithms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in game animation development and production, supported by a portfolio.
- Experience leading people and projects, with knowledge of production steps and creative processes.
- Thorough knowledge of animation principles, rigging, particle effects, and motion graphics.
- Professional experience in the casino gaming industry and knowledge of slot game animation standards and practices.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, relevant plugins, Maxon/Red Giant, Spine, and Adobe Photoshop CC.
- Comfort working in an English-language environment; familiarity with AI use in casino gaming is required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with 3D tools.
- Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Adobe Illustrator proficiency.
- Familiarity with Adobe Firefly or the Adobe Photoshop AI assistant.
