QA Tester (Integrations)

Location: Birkirkara, Malta; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on product requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects across platform services, back-office tools, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with software engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve testability.
• Contribute to the automation strategy and develop automated test scripts using Java-based testing tools.
• Maintain test scripts, test logs, summary reports, and release notes.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend product, platform, and QA process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of software QA experience, primarily in manual testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to automated testing tools and Java-based frameworks such as JUnit and REST Assured.
