Founding Product Designer

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Office-first flexible approach with approximately 80% onsite and 20% remote work.

Salary: €45,000–€82,000 gross annual, including base salary and potential variable pay.

hirify.global is building a new startup within its HR technology product ecosystem for managing workflows, organizational charts, policies, and analytics.

What you will do

• Lead product design initiatives from discovery and user research through high-fidelity design, validation, and implementation.
• Conduct customer research sessions and translate user needs into simple, usable product experiences.
• Define goals, contribute to quarterly roadmaps, and make strategic design decisions focused on outcomes.
• Design scalable patterns and foundations for a new product and future design teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, reviewing designs and iterating throughout implementation.
• Help shape the design practice by mentoring junior designers and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences from early discovery and research to implementation.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and build products from zero to one.
• Strong user-centric, systems-thinking, ownership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Hands-on ability to move from rough concepts and prototypes to high-quality interfaces.
• Clear communication in English is required for work in an international environment.
• Availability to work from the Barcelona office several days per week under the office-first model.
