Pricing & Market Access Director (Biotechnology)

Location: Zug, Switzerland. Hybrid-eligible with remote work permitted up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

What you will do

• Lead pricing and market access strategies for one or more products.
• Develop payer strategic plans, value propositions, evidence plans, and pricing and access deliverables.
• Represent payer perspectives in commercialization and clinical development decisions.
• Execute localized access strategies, tactical plans, pricing business cases, and reimbursement initiatives.
• Use market research, environmental data, analogs, and functional expertise to support strategic recommendations and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with HEOR, government affairs, public policy, marketing, clinical development, and medical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience managing pricing and negotiations within the Swiss market.
• Established network of Swiss market stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strategic thinking, quantitative and analytical skills, and practical knowledge of pricing, reimbursement, and HEOR principles.
• Experience representing a company externally and communicating complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English and German required.
