Head Trader eFX Spot – Associate-Director (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and support the eFX Spot team, fostering collaboration, employee development, and a positive work environment.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance expectations, reviews, feedback, and underperformance processes.
• Own realized risk and PnL while ensuring successful and compliant eFX Spot operations.
• Monitor orders, trades, market conditions, news flow, real-time risk, PnL, client activity, and flow quality.
• Fine-tune price construction, execution, and risk management production systems while maintaining relationships with hedging counterparties and market venues.
• Analyze results, deliver data-driven reporting, maintain operational documentation, and collaborate with Sales, Software Engineering, IT, and other internal teams on product and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in sell-side electronic FX trading.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure, client needs across retail and institutional segments, and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to transform large datasets into actionable insights and deliver multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
• Previous leadership experience is a strong advantage.
