hirify.global presents an opportunity with Eagle, a laboratory testing provider serving pharmaceutical and biotech clients with sterility, bacterial endotoxin, microbial detection, beyond-use dating, and active ingredient potency testing.

What you will do

• Perform routine and advanced microbiological testing, including sterility, endotoxin, and particulate matter testing.
• Plan sample collection and testing schedules, reconcile samples after incubation, and maintain complete chain-of-custody records.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and cleanroom systems.
• Evaluate and review test data, communicate results, and draft or review SOPs and related documentation.
• Contribute to clean laboratory operations, preventive actions, continuous improvement, and cross-functional projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Support onboarding and training while collaborating with Quality Assurance, Client Care, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant microbiology or laboratory experience.
• Relevant microbiology laboratory experience, preferably in quality control, pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical laboratories.
• Experience with one or more of sterility testing, endotoxin testing, antibiotic assays, environmental monitoring, microbial identification, or microbial limit testing.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom wearing full head-to-toe PPE, including a bunny suit, and to stand for extended periods.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Biological Safety Cabinets and in cleanroom environments.
• Experience in cGLP- or cGMP-regulated laboratories.
• Master’s degree in Microbiology and Molecular Cell Sciences or a related field.
