Senior Associate Director, Genesis, Portfolio Operations (Shift: 2PM-11PM)

What you will do

• Operate and oversee reconciliation and NAV review technology to deliver reconciled gross Net Asset Values.
• Review cash, positions, dividend, and interest reconciliations, including GAV reviews and staff work.
• Monitor client SLAs, allocate tasks, and maintain sufficient team coverage and bench strength.
• Act as an escalation point for operational challenges and provide timely service to internal and external clients.
• Oversee new client onboarding, lead projects, and manage operational change.
• Support recruitment and manage training for new hires.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in investor services or asset management.
• At least 3 years of experience managing staff.
• Understanding of investment fund valuation, traded products, and day-to-day operations between funds and counterparties.
